About the Project

Project Objectives:  
To contribute to the National Strategy for Reproductive Health and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 4 and 5. In order to do this, the program has two main objectives: (1) to improve skilled care human resources on EmONC services, particularly comprehensive EmONC, and (2) to increase the availability of competent, responsive, motivated and productive health personnel to ensure women with direct obstetric complications are treated in EmONC facilities.
